About Us

Secure - Hassle Free - Financially Sound

Our organization was founded with one mission in mind:  Relieve our client's legacy file management burden while easing their overhead costs by purchasing their films. Empire X-Ray’s owner, Dave Bourne, has been in the silver recycling industry for 4 decades.  With an engineering background and years of experience in silver and film recovery at a leading Imaging Company, Dave has constructed an X-ray recycling company that has 10 million pounds of film in its rear view mirror. With industry leading expertise and a sincere concern for every client’s security and well being, we developed a family of services that allows our clients to offload some of their day-to-day operations in order to concentrate more readily on their core business. • Empire X-Ray and Silver Recycling prides itself on its ability to find a workable solution to any X-ray storage or recycling problem, large or small.  • Empire’s staff is experienced, accurate and courteous. • Empire follows HIPAA guidelines and will protect your PHI. • Empire values all its customers. • Empire will purge/move/store your X-ray files. Created to serve you, contact us to see how we can help.
